Dietary supplementation of Belavit-Oregano includes antioxidant, immunomodulatory, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory effects, enhanced digestion, improved feed intake and feed conversion, expanded productive performance of poultry.

Carvacrol and thymol (natural phenolic compounds) contained in oregano oil combined with other biologically active agents have a synergistic ability to disrupt the plasma membrane of the bacterial cells. Naturally occurring phenols (carvacrol and thymol) oregano stimulate digestion with effects on enterocytes, by accelerating their renewal rate, improving their capacity for nutrient absorption, and reducing pathogen contamination. Oregano oil promotes healthy gut microflora and growth rate of poultry. - Vitamins E, C, A, K and B-vitamins contained in oregano oil calm the nervous system and restore the body after illness. - Rosmarinic acid has been shown to possess antioxidant and antihistamine properties. - Oregano essential oil contains also flavonoids, terpinene and geranyl acetate, which have beneficial properties for the body. Oregano oil is a powerful antioxidant due to its free radical scavenging capacity. Following oral administration to animals, the pathogen load of the intestine is reduced.

Dosage and administration	For oral administration via drinking water for 5-7 days. - Poultry: 0,5-1 L per 1000 L of drinking water. The duration of treatment with Belavit-Oregano may be increased to 10 days. The medicated solution should be refreshed every 24 hours.
Withdrawal period	Meat/Eggs: Zero days/hours.
Shelf life	Shelf life of the veterinary product as packaged for sale: 12 months. Do not use this veterinary product after the expiry date which is stated on the label.
Storage conditions	Store in the original package between 5°C to 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
