Amclomast DC

750 mg Cloxacillin benzathine / 300 mg Ampicillin trihydrate
Intramammary suspension for cows

For the one-step drying off and treatment of mastitis in dry cows caused by bacteria sensitive to cloxacillin and ampicillin.
Amclomast DC is a combination of semi-synthetic penicillins (ampicillin and cloxacillin), which exhibits extended bactericidal activity against most mastitis-causing pathogens including penicillin-resistant strains. It provides a broad spectrum of efficacy against both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria (Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Corynebacterium pyogenes, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas spp., etc.). Cloxacillin is also active against beta-lactamase-producing strains.
