The drug is used in cattle for obstetrics, for cervical stenosis, to stimulate labor, for pathological fetal position or abnormal fetal development, for fetotomy to limit the risk of damage to the birth canal (too large fetus, developmental abnormalities and incorrect position of a dead fetus).

Active ingredients	In 1 ml of the drug as active substances contains 30 mg of toltrazuril, 133.4 mg of iron (in the form of iron (III) hydroxide polymaltosate), excipients.
Dosage and administration	The drug belongs to vegetotropic agents. Denaverine hydrochloride, which is part of the drug, has antispasmodic and anesthetic effects. Denaverine hydrochloride belongs to β-adrenergic blockers, which have a relaxing effect on the smooth muscles of the cervix and help increase the elasticity of the birth canal. At the same time, the drug blocks certain receptors of the uterus, thereby enhancing the action of endogenous oxytocin and the contractile ability of the uterine smooth muscles. Denaverine acts as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor and has anticholinergic action. Denaverine hydrochloride is rapidly metabolized in the liver and completely eliminated from the body within 3-5 hours. The therapeutic effect of denaverine hydrochloride after subcutaneous and intramuscular administration in cows is observed after 10-15 minutes. Muscle relaxation persists for up to several hours, and the analgesic effect for up to one and a half hours.
Withdrawal periods	Products of animal origin after using the drug are allowed to be used for food purposes without restrictions.
Presentation	Glass bottles 10 ml.
Shelf life	2 years from the date of manufacture. Do not use this veterinary product after the expiry date which is stated on the label.
Storage conditions	Store in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature from 2°C to 25°C. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
