Marbomax
The drug is used to treat cattle and pigs with diseases of the respiratory, digestive and genitourinary systems, skin and soft tissues accompanied by pain syndrome, inflammation or fever; with colibacteriosis, pasteurellosis, salmonellosis, mycoplasmosis, chlamydia, staphylococcosis, erysipelas and MMA syndrome (metritis, mastitis, agalactia) of pigs, mastitis of cows and other diseases, the pathogens of which are sensitive to the components of the drug.
The drug belongs to the antibacterial agents of the fluoroquinolone group, has a wide spectrum of bactericidal action against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Enterobacter spp., Serratia spp., Morganella morganii, Proteus spp., Klebsiella spp., Shigella spp., Pasteurella spp., Haemophilus spp., Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Moraxella spp., Pseudomonas spp., Brucella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., as well as Mycoplasma spp., Chlamydia spp., Ricketsia spp. It is not active against obligate anaerobes.

Withdrawal periods |
Slaughter of cattle for meat is allowed no earlier than 8 days, pigs – 9 days after application of the drug.
The meat of animals that were forcibly killed before the expiration of the specified time limits can be used to feed carnivorous animals. |
